Locally sourced Northland Manuka Blend Honey blended with Vanilla Extract and Organic Coconut Oil. 

Energy + Anti-oxidants = 🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏼

Snack suggestion:

Add a cup of rice bubbles to a cereal bowl.

Take a tablespoon of the warmed Hokey Pokey Honey and drizzle onto the rice bubbles.

Mix it around, put in refrigerator for 15 minutes/until set.

Add milk. 😋😋
